What is the Service Process?

Anks Image drafts a package based on your requirements and sends it to you for approval. The package details include the rates as well as the justification of each service in your package. Anks Image will re-draft till you are satisfied with the package details. Once your approval is received, you are expected to pay in full to begin the package. If your package details change during the course of the package, additional payments are expected to be paid in full immediately. The refund process is described below.[Back to Top]

What are the Payment Options?

What is the Refund Process?

In case of cancellations or changes to your package details where Anks Image owes you any amount, the refund process depends on the mode of payment you chose when you made your payment to Anks Image. Cash refunds can be processed immediately upon cancellation. Credit Card refunds can take 4-6 weeks depending on the credit card company. Bank-to-Bank Transfers and Paypal refunds are immediate within the same country – it may take 24-48 hrs if outside India.[Back to Top]
